1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the rich9 website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and rich9 ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming activity on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the rich9 Platform. This age requirement is in compliance with Philippine gambling laws and regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 Jurisdiction

The rich9 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that you are physically located in the Philippines when accessing the Platform and that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.

2.3 Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and not share them with any third party.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your rich9 account using the payment methods available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and other approved payment processors. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
• We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we believe, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your rich9 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• You must complete account verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) before your first withdrawal. This may require submitting proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes; bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business days.
• We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.

3.3 Fees

rich9 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, GCash, PayMaya, etc.) may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the rich9 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

All games on the rich9 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the Player or the Company. We work with licensed game providers who are regularly audited by independent testing agencies to ensure compliance with industry standards.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Cheating or Fraud: Using bots, automated software, exploits, bugs, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game results or outcomes, particularly in multiplayer games.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any illegal financial activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or otherwise attempting to exploit bonuses or promotions in bad faith.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our customer support team to resolve the issue.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another user's account, hack the Platform, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

4.3 Responsible Gaming

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

rich9 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are displayed on the Platform at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

We reserve the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a Player is abusing bonuses or promotions. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts, using false information, or engaging in any activity designed to exploit bonuses in bad faith.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the rich9 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of rich9 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rich9 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless rich9 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

9. Termination and Account Closure

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.

9.2 Termination by rich9

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon account closure by rich9, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the closure is due to a violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings conducted in English in Metro Manila.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against rich9.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the rich9 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.

12. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the effective date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may also notify you by email or through an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and rich9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
